Workshop Facilitators:

Alicia Partee

Alicia Partee is the Founder/CEO of Generation Mobility.

When asked to give advice in leading diverse and inclusive teams, Alicia said, "people don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care." With over 20 years in information systems leading projects and teams of Fortune 500, startup and non-profit companies in Silicon Valley and 12 years as a clinical therapist,  Alicia is equipped to lead us into the future of work. Alicia is fueled by one purpose: to design interdependent work cultures that leverage the talent of diverse people, ideas and innovations.  She was known for inspiring people to advance towards common goals and was often called in to assess organizational environments and implement change.  Her most recent work is focused on the development of women through her work at the PWN Norway. There she designed and implemented international mentoring programs. After the launch of the mentoring, she moved into the role of president where she leads and coordinates the strategies for continued growth of the network. In addition to this work in women in leadership, Alicia is also focused on employee engagement, specifically of those on overseas assignment and how she can help increase retention and assignment completion rates.

Kathra Saba

Kathra Saba is a Co-founder of Authentigration. She has a special interest in the future of work and empowering the global workforce of tomorrow.

Kathra is, in every sense of the term, a ‘people’s person’. As a welfare program leader, qualified family therapist and a proactive social scientist, she is involved in various impactful initiatives in the private, public, civic and entrepreneurial sectors. She draws her strength and inspiration from a challenging childhood as a refugee, when her family fled from Kurdistan, and she found herself desperately trying to hold on to her culture and identity while fitting into her new, ever-changing surroundings. It wasn’t long until Kathra found her calling: Helping people and families like her own – those who needed to find themselves and thrive anywhere in the world.
Her focus is on getting governments and businesses to see talent as a strategic investment rather than a cost. Some of Kathra’s initiatives include founding Red Sun Norway, an NGO that provides emergency relief in war-torn regions; serving as the Deputy Leader of the Labor Party in Grønland, Tøyen and Gamle Oslo; managing settlement and introduction programs for refugees in Norway; and leading Generation2Lead and now Generation Mobility – organizations aimed at helping businesses, employees and their families to thrive globally, especially after relocation.
