Mentoring legacy

From 2017 pilot to defining program

PN's mentoring program began as a pilot in 2017 and became one of the clearest expressions of the network's renewal: structured, ambitious, and rooted in real development.

What made it meaningful

A cornerstone of the 2017-2026 chapter

The mentoring initiative was part of the strategic reinvigoration of PN led by Audrey Braconi and Joke Van Acker. It was designed to support members' career and personal development with structure, trust, and stronger matching.

PN later described mentoring as a cornerstone of the network, with yearly participation, male mentors, C-suite mentors, and online workshop activity contributing to its reach.

Partnership

Scaling mentoring with Stellar Mentoring

PN's mentoring journey later connected with Stellar Mentoring, whose platform supported structured, digital mentoring programs. Stellar now describes Professional Network e.V. as a legacy partner from 2020 to 2025 and calls PN its founding partnership.
