Building Resiliency through mindfulness

Improve your inner strength to become a more resilient leader with our new program. Tino Horack, our resilience and mindset expert will teach you how to become a resilient and more mindful leader.

The number of places is limited, Register now to secure your slot.

Gain strength out of the storm

You can develop your resilience skills and become a successful leader. You can both weather the storm and gain strength from it.

Being a mindful leader, in particular during crisis situations, you will have an inner balance to take the right decisions, listening to others without judgement, and keeping an open mind for the unexpected.

That’s why our resilience expert Tino Horack designs our PN program for our aspiring leaders. It combines a deep theoretical understanding of resilience with practical advice to apply it to your world.

Time dedicated to you

The eight-week online program will run from 16th November, 2021 to 18th January, 2022, via Zoom - except Christmas and New Year breaks.

Every Tuesday, you will join 2.5 hours (1900-2130) for a dedicated interactive time with Tino and the other participants.

In addition, every day, you will practice mindfulness and self-reflection techniques based on Tino's teaching.

What you will learn

  • Why we struggle with change, and how to accept it;

  • How to become open-minded in your response to adversity;

  • How to reflect healthily on yourself and the world around you;

  • How to manage stress;

  • How to improve your work-life balance;

  • How to align your mind, senses and body;
