After a very successful Webinar, Joke Van Acker delivered for our Volunteers part of the Leadership Academy Program in April 2019, we decided to continue the series of Webinar with Leaders who drives PN Success. 

Michael Aron, who is a Senior Leader at TE Connectivity, will take you on a 90 min journey through three none related challenges at work and how these helped him to truly understand what it takes to succeed within the corporate environment. In the end it turns out, that everything is interconnected and that his own personal transformation is the key differentiation in this game.

About the speaker:

Michael Aron is native German and local from Munich who built his career within the dynamics and always changing surrounding of large corporate structures. Michael has built his leadership brand over the course 20 years in several different functions, from Digital Strategy to Commercial Excellence and is today a Sr. Manager at TE Connectivity. His passion and leadership style are driven around competition where he strives to win first place and not to play for fun. Michael is the recent addition to the diverse and talented group of volunteers that supports the Professional Network (PN) Munich.
