2019 - AGM (Annual General Meeting) & Networking **Members Only**

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a member only event whose main purpose is to approve the latest financials and to direct the initiatives that will shape our organization in 2019-20. 

Our objective is to address voting activities and yearly review

Agenda: 19:30-20:45

• Welcome speech

• Declaration of quorum to make the meeting effective according to the by-laws

• Presentation of activities and financials of the year 2018 for approval

• Changes of Articles of Associations (AoA)– voting for Organization changes, association address

• Other items: Clarification of Member's rights and Obligations

After the AGM, hors-d'oeuvre & beverages will be served during networking time
