2018 - AGM (Annual General Meeting) & Networking **Members Only**

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a member only event whose main purpose is to approve the latest financials and to direct the initiatives that will shape our organization in 2019. 

WE NEED YOU, by PWN Global bylaws we need least 2/3 of our member base in Munich must be present for voting. 

Following the voting activities and yearly review, we'll enjoy a tasty brunch and an afternoon of  networking.

Our agenda for the morning:

• Welcome speech
• Declaration of quorum to make the meeting effective according to the by-laws
• Presentation of activities and financials of the year 2017 for approval
• Changes of Articles of Associations – voting for virtual PWN and proxy changes
• Others -  additional topics you want to discuss during the meeting. Please submit these in writing to management@pwnmunich.net
